Simply marinate the beef for a day in a mixture of Yoshinogawa sake lees, miso, and mirin, then grill it.

This miso paste is very convenient. You can use it not only with beef, but also with fish and vegetables!

The perfect drink to pair with it is a delicious autumn sake, "Hiyaoroshi"is.

The sake, pressed in winter, has matured over the summer, resulting in a perfectly aged flavor.
